Charlestown Rentals

All rentals in Charlestown, including the neighborhoods of Quonnie (East Beach, Central Beach, West Beach), Charlestown Beach, Shady Harbor, and neighborhoods that access Blue Shutters Beach. Tenants are required to bring their own sheets and towels to rental homes in the Charlestown area. ABSOLUTELY NO PETS ALLOWED UNLESS APPROVED BY SUMMER RENTALS. There is a $500 charge if a pet is brought in without consent, you will be asked to leave and will not be allowed to return. We will begin our 2027 rentals in the end of October. Please note that the calendar for 2027 will not be updated until then. If you are interested in 2027 rentals please contact us in the end of October. A non-refundable deposit is due at time of booking. 2nd payment is due by January 15th. Final payment is due on or before May 10th. All Bookings are non refundable.
