Quaint cottage directly on Quonnie pond. Enjoy dining al fresco while taking in the amazing sunsets as you sit on the deck overlooking the water and the large expansive lawn. There is a private dock and sandy area which is perfect to launch kayaks or paddle boards. Inside you will find a freshly painted and updated living area with a large picture window that takes in the beautiful views of Quonnie Pond. Downstairs there are two bedrooms , one with  waterviews and a queen sized bed, and the other with two twin bed. Just off the bedrooms is a full bath. As you make your way outside onto the deck, there is a flight of stairs that lead you to a balcony area with two captains chairs where you can enjoy more of the stunning waterviews. Just off the balcony is a third bedroom with a queen bed ( a 1/2 bath will be installed for the 2023 rental season. Also please note that there is no inside entrance to this bedroom, it is only accessible from the outside staircase off the deck). 77 Sunset is the ideal home for a wonderful summer vacation.  Home has central AC!

Please note: kayaks or paddle boards do not come with the home, we do however have names of rental companies who will deliver them, as well as a bike rental company.
Motorized boats are not permitted on the dock per owner, there are many rocks and areas in the pond can be quite shallow.
