Big yard with beautiful large shade tree to sit or picnic under. Access to the two Weekapaug beaches - the smaller Fenway Beach and the large barrier beach near the Weekapaug Yacht Club.
Ideally suited for a maximum of 6-8 guests this property has one ground floor bedroom with two twins, five second floor bedrooms - two with one twin bed, two with queen beds, one with a king bed. One ground floor half bath and one second floor full bath with tub/shower, plus one outdoor shower with hot and cold water.
Property includes the modern convenience of having an electric car charging station for convenient vehicle charging on site. Currently seeking a full season or one month plus tenant. No weekly rental inquiries, please. Minimum stay is two weeks or longer.
