In the lower level, there is another living area as well as 3 bedrooms. One bedroom is a queen and there  is a little office space and another bedroom with bunkbeds and a trundle, perfect for a family. (please note that you must go through the queen bedroom to get to the bunkbed room- photo of the empty room is the one where the bunkbeds will be) .This home is perfect for enjoying the great outdoor. Take your kayak  or paddleboards on quonnie pond and spend the day exploring. two kayaks are provided for your use. Enjoy the day at QEBA beach, come home and shower off in the outdoor shower, then enjoy an evening on the deck and take in the speactacular sunsets. This home is the perfect spot to enjoy an amazing and memorable summer vacation.
