There are two bedrooms on this level as well as a full and half bath.  Just off the living area is a perfect screened in porch with spectacular views of the pond, picture sitting with a cup of coffee or enjoying a dining al fresco. Downstairs there is an additional bedroom and full bath.
Head outside and down to the private dock, ready to explore Ninigret Pond by boat, kayak or paddle board (bring your own). The pond has so much to offer, days could be spent just exploring all the nooks and crannies. 
If you hear the beach calling, just jump in your car and head a short 5 minute drive to the town beach with the included beach parking pass.
After a great day outdoors, enjoy an evening on the patio watching the stars. This home offers everything you could desire for a beautiful, relaxing, low key summer vacation.
