This adroable cottage in the heart of central beach is the perfect spot to spend you summer vacation and just a short walk (1/2 mile) to Central Beach. Outside there is a lovely yard with a generous back deck. Have a cookout on the gas grill and bring some yard games to play in the backyard. There is a nice outdoor shower, perfect to rinse off after a day spent in the waves and sun. Inside just off the deck the home boast a large open living area with comfortable seating and a large tv to spend the evening watching a great movie with the family. There is an updated kitchen with access to the deck as well.
There are 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. Central AC. This home is a great spot to enjoy a week or two and make memories of a wonderful summer vacation.
